My name is Gwen and I own and run a small business and now a blog (wooooo!). It's hard work, especially now that I am also a new mom as well. Maternity leave was hell because I have always worked ever since I was 14. So, to be off for almost 6 months out of the year really bothered me. Well, I realized that bragging up small businesses, cooking, and crafting ended up being my saving grace. I ended up going to vendor events and reaching out to people about their businesses and events. I then shared, shared, shared to get the word out and that's what I love doing. I love spreading positivity! The end all be all is that I want to make sure small businesses are in the spotlight just like they were when COVID hit instead of the bigger institutions.
