1 box Herb Boxed Stuffing
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground sausage
1/2 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup to the side of ketchup
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
So, with this recipe I did not use a bread pan. I used a cassarole dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter or grease the pan you decide to use.
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry items.
In another bowl, mix together the ground beef and ground sausage.
Mix in the ketchup, egg, water, eggs with the ground beef and ground sausage.
Then mix in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Place into the pan and top it with the 1/4 cup ketchup
Bake for 45-60 minutes (it took about an hour in my oven)
After sitting for a few minutes, ENJOY! The best side we had was sauted broccoli and cauliflour with a slice of garlic cheese bread. But some just go with mashed potatoes
