1 Chicken Bullion Cube
Onion Powder and Garlic Powder (As much as you desire)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons Badia Sazon Caliente seasoning hot
With this, what I did first was I put the white vinegar and chicken bullion together in a small aluminum pan because the chicken bullion is cubed and very hard to break apart. So, this made it easier. After the bullion cube broke apart I added in the remainder of the seasonings together, as well as the sugar. I added the canola oil last. This worked with 5 chicken thighs. I allowed it to marinade when I first made it for about 20 minutes to then freeze it. When you're ready to use the chicken, take it out at least 4 hours depending on the room temp.
